How to Keep Your Blood Glucose Stable AND Enjoy Pizza

This low carb pizza is perfect for people on a low carbohydrate diet, people with diabetes, diabetics type 1, type 2, or anyone who wants a pizza that won’t spike their blood sugar levels. Ingredients

  • I am using mini tortillas from the brand Mexifood
  • Add crushed tomato sauce at the base and then the toppings
  • When you have added all your ingredients, be careful with the grated cheese, use no more than 50g 
  • Put in the oven at 200C or 392F for 8 or10 minutes
  • Enjoy

Carb content:

Each Mexifood mini tortilla contains 12g carbs.

👉 Please be careful with the cheese, this is what makes your blood sugar go up 3 hours after eating.

I recommend no more than 50g grated cheese for one pizza.

For example, if you eat 2 pizzas, make sure you add only 25g per pizza
