Why choose Fitfoods? What is a blood sugar diet?

My oldest was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes 10 years ago and my second son was diagnosed over a year ago in 2022. Through my experience and my clients I have been able to successfully help people with diabetes (Type 1, Type 2 , pre-diabetes or gestational diabetes) or those who wanted to be healthier and lose weight.

I have put in place FITFOODS, an easy diet with every day ingredients that will give you stable blood sugars with all the nutrients needed for a healthy body
