Easy 5 minutes packed lunch with delicious salmon

This lunch box is healthy and satiating for people with diabetes or anyone who wants to have a good diet.

Diabetes & yummy recipe: It can be tedious to find ideas for lunch boxes everyday, five days a week! This is one of the lunch box recipes that will hopefully help you! You should have everything in your fridge but if you don’t have salmon, you could replace it with chicken.

Ingredients

  • mini tortilla
  • salmon
  • salad
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 teaspoon Philadelphia cheese
  • 130g kiwi
  • 1 Actimel strawberry

Directions

  • Put a small tortilla in a ziplock bag
  • In a box, add some salad
  • half an avocado
  • salmon
  • Philadelphia cheese
  • 1 Strawberry Actimel
  • Kiwi

Diabetes & Carb content:

This lunch box is 3R or 30g carbs

  • 1 mini tortilla equals to 1,3R or 13g carbs
  • 1 strawberry Actimel equals to 0,4R or 4g carbs
  • 130g kiwi equals to 1,3R or 13g carbs
